The app offers a unique approach to news consumption on social media. Users can switch between three feeds: following, explore, and news.

The news feed provides articles from Post’s publishing partners, including major outlets like Reuters, Wired, and NBC News. While users can view headlines and the beginning of articles for free, they must make in-app microtransactions using “points” to access the full content.

Publishers receive 100% of the revenue from these transactions, which is currently funded by Andreessen Horowitz and Scott Galloway. The cost of unlocking an article varies, with prices ranging from a few cents to around 40 cents. Users also have the option to tip publishers or creators. Post has attracted over 440,000 users since its launch eight months ago.
