Here is a list of UK creative funds to apply to for extra funding…

Hopefully you’ve already received some kind of financial support from the UK Covid-19 related schemes. But as we all know a lot of creative fall into a situation where they don’t fit into any government schemes. If that sounds like you, don’t worry, there are many other organisations and programmes offering their support during these pandemic times.

If you’re a creative who is looking for financial help, we prepared you a list of eligible grants that you can apply to now.

The £1.5m Freelands Foundation Emergency Fund is supported by the Freelands Foundation, as part of a landmark commitment of £3m towards emergency funds for artists and freelance creative practitioners across the UK affected by the Covid-19 crisis.

For professional musicians to undertake UK-based projects that develop and test new work, ideas or potential career directions through inspiring periods of collaborative research and development. We want to highlight that in this round we welcome applications that will explore the above through the use of remote, digital or online collaboration tools or performance spaces. For example, the use of Skype rehearsals or live streamed performance.

The Studio Prize was established after a number of our members’ spoke of the economic challenges they faced when starting their artistic careers. ACS realises how difficult it is to focus on your art especially after leaving university. The ACS Studio Prize was founded to help.

• Student in undergraduate or postgraduate education on an accredited art course
• Graduate from an accredited art course within the last 4 years and work in pictures, collage, painting, sculpture, tapestry, ceramics, glassware or photography

An award to support artists during the COVID-19 pandemic. The WFH Residency (standing for ‘working from home’) will pay artists who have had arts projects or other work cancelled, or have been made unemployed, as result of the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown.
